The Foundations Health Coaching Programme:
Foundations Health Coaching helps you build a healthier, better version of yourself from the ground up.
We work with you to build consistent and achievable habits into your daily routine.
You will be working with someone who knows how hard it is to make a life change and how it can feel impossible to hold down a job, spend time with your family and keep your house going, let alone changing your diet and exercise regimen.
The Foundations Health Programme consists of the initial 8 week Foundation Phase, where we gather information and implement initial strategies to improve your health.
Week 1 : 75 minutes
Establish baseline - we take measurements, look at your current routines and health history
Outline goals - together we generate short term and long term health goals
Create action - Develop an achievable action for you to regularly complete to support goals
Weeks 2-11 : 30 minutes (premium weekly, standard weeks 2, 4, 6, 8, 10)
Education - Each session we explore an aspect of health and consider how it applies to you
Reflect - Consider how your week has gone, both successes and challenges faced
Action - Look at how action went. Continue/revise current action or introduce new action
Week 12 : 60 minutes
Evaluate - Measure progress against short and long term goals
Review - Consider where support has been effective and where more support is needed
Next step - Generate new short term goal and look at what comes next in support

Following the Foundation Phase, is the continual Building Phase, with you building on those foundations established.

Continuous 1:1 coaching is the most effective way to make a long-lasting, significant change to your health, particularly at the start of your health journey.
However, you may want to sample a coaching session to see if it is right for you. Likewise, you might need a quick intervention to help you get back on track with your health journey.
These sessions can be a great first step into health coaching or help you realign your health priorities.
Before the session begins, have in mind what you want to work on or discuss to ensure you get the most out of the session.
You will come away from this session with a clear goal, three areas to work on to achieve this goal and your first action to help you reach your goal.
